Shipping Policy

I use Printful as a print-on-demand service to print and ship my products. This means that every item you order is custom-printed just for you.

Shipping Costs and Speeds

Shipping costs and speeds vary depending on the number of items you order, the destination country, and delivery method you choose.

They will be calculated on the check-out page.

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country, the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors such as weight, value, and size.

I do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Estimated shipping delivery times according to Printful:

USA: 3-5 business days

Canada: 5-10 business days

World: 10-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

Problems With Your Order & Returns Policy

Order Never Arrived:

If, for whatever reason, your order didn’t arrive, be sure to let me know!

First, check your shipping confirmation and make sure you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect (though I’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address), the replacement will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, note your order number and get in touch with me at claudia@peartreepond.com. I’ll try to get it sorted ASAP!

Damaged Items/Wrong Items:

The last thing I want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If your order arrives damaged, then please get in touch with me at claudia@peartreepond.com within a week’s time! 

Returns:

By German law, you are entitled to a right of revocation for physical products within 14 days of receiving the product. Please bear in mind though, that everything you order ist custom-printed just for you. Printful does not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. So please double-check you picked the right size and product, BEFORE you order! Thank you very much for your understanding. If you choose to exercises your legal right of revocation, you will still have to account for the regular costs of return shipping.
